God's Facebook (Room 128)
Leader: Ann Allen
Four years ago, we began a class on prayer. We studied all about prayer and several special prayers in the Bible, but we wanted more than just to know about prayer - we wanted to pray more. We finally realized that if we knew God better, and loved Him more, then we would pray more. God's Facebook is a class that came from this desire. We study Jesus' life from the gospels so that we can discover the character of our heavenly Father. Jesus told us that when we see Him, we see the Father, and Jesus is the exact image of the Father. So from these verses we see that Jesus is God's Facebook to us. Jesus shows us our Father's love and mercy. As we apply these verses of God's grace to ourselves, we then discuss how we can give His grace to others. Our class has a lot of discussion with many exciting thoughts.
Young Adult/Collegiate (Room 203)
Leader: Ben Crerar
The purpose of our ministry is to reach people collegiate age. To reach this goal we have Sabbath school, do social events, host a bible study, and support eachother through relationship.
